SY series portable insulation oil puncture testers are designed according to the standard DL429.9-91 of Electric Power Ministry, (Testing Method of Small Clearance Insulation Oil Dielectric Strength ). It is widely used in the production and scientific-research units, such as, electric power, chemical industry, petroleum and so on to test the dielectric strength of the insulating oil.

Main  Features:

1.   Its weight is reduced to 13 kg from the traditional tens kg.
2.   The volume of testing oil is reduced to only 70 mi from the traditional 350-1000ml.
3.    It adopts the automatic voltageraising motor instead of manual operation; integrated digital display instead of pointer-dial; lock-on counter instead of eye-measurement, all these greatly improve the sensibility by reducing the errors in operation and eye-measurement.
4.   Applying the glassteel cover, code-locker, roller, and extension pull-rod.
5.   It is light, stainless, portable and accessible to work site.

Advantages:

  Compared with traditional puncture tester, the tester can achieve the same precision as the traditional testing method of 2.5 mm electrodes clearance, because of a combination of high-voltage and controlling part.
